Belleville Police seized drugs, cash and drugs paraphernalia after executing a search warrant in Belleville Tuesday.
The Belleville Police Emergency Response Team executed the warrant at an unspecified address on Albion Street and the search yielded a variety of drugs and other items including:
- 59.3 grams of Crystal Methamphetamine
- 0.9 grams of Crack Cocaine
- 4.7 grams of GHB
- 7.8 grams of Cocaine
- A revolver firearm
- $660.00 Canadian Cash
As a result five people, 33-year-old Brenda Banks, 32-year-old Kyle Laird, 42-year-old Amanda Cabral/Lake and 46-year-old Jim Hearns of Belleville as well as 34-year-old Adam Conder are facing a number of charges.
There is no estimate on the street value at this time.

Laird is facing charges of:

- Breach of Probation
- Breach of Prohibition Order
Cabral/Lake is facing charges of:
- Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking – Crystal Methamphetamine
- Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking – Cocaine
- Proceeds of Crime Under $5000.00
- Unauthorized Possession of a Firearm
- Careless Storage of a Firearm
- Breach of Probation
- Breach of Probation
Hearns is facing charges of:
- Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking – Crystal Methamphetamine
- Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking – Cocaine
- Proceeds of Crime Under $5000.00
- Unauthorized Possession of a Firearm
- Careless Storage of a Firearm
Conder is facing charges of:
- Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking – Crystal Methamphetamine
- Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking – Cocaine
- Proceeds of Crime Under $5000.00
- Unauthorized Possession of a Firearm
- Careless Storage of a Firearm
- Breach of Probation

All of the accused were held in custody for bail hearings with the exception of Hearns who was released on an undertaking.
