The number of active COVID-19 cases remains at five in Hastings and Prince Edward Counties Tuesday as the local health unit reported another day with zero new cases.
There were also no new cases on Monday.
One person is still being treated in hospital but no one is in the ICU.
The HPE Public Health dashboard shows 64% of the local population has received a first dose of vaccine.
On Monday, 777 local residents received their first doses.
Twleve per cent of residents are now fully vaccinated as another 2,100 people received their second dose.
And Hastings Prince Edward Public Health is making a change to its daily reporting structure.
The health unit will now release updated numbers by 11 a.m. Monday to Friday and will not report on weekends.
Also, in an effort to get more people vaccinated, HPE Public Health is offering first dose appointments at two special clinics in Trenton on June 17 and Madoc on June 23.
These clinics are for eligible individuals age 12 and over who have not yet received their first dose of COVID-19 vaccine.

In Northumberland today, the HKPR District Health Unit reports one new case of the virus.
Four cases are active.
