The suspect wanted in connection with two violent incidents in Deseronto has been arrested.
Ontario Provincial Police tweeted Thursday morning that the suspect was captured by OPP Emergency Response Team members.
Lennox and Addington OPP issued a warrant for 42-year-old Joseph Badour of no fixed address on Tuesday.
On Monday afternoon police responded to a family dispute involving three people at a St. George Street residence.
One person allegedly assaulted the other two using a knife and a hammer and fled on foot.
Police say the same suspect was also wanted in connection with a May 21 incident in Deseronto where a fire extinguisher was used to assault three people.
Police have not released any more details on the arrest.
