Break and Enter
On May 25, 2021 at 5:30 p.m., police attended an address on Moira St. West in regards to a break and enter. The suspect entered the residence and was confronted by the homeowners. The male left the residence and was arrested nearby. A 25-year-old Belleville resident was charged with break and enter and breach of probation. He was held for a bail hearing on May 26, 2021.
Break and Enter
On May 25, 2021 at 6:18 a.m., police received a call from a person in the Parkdale area. The person reported that he could hear an alarm in the area. Police arrived on scene and located a male inside a residence. Ibrahim Muhia a 25-year-old Belleville male was arrested and charged with being unlawfully in a dwelling house. He was released on an appearance notice with a court date of July
Theft
On May 25, 2021 at 4:48 p.m., police received a call about a theft for a business on Bridge St. West. A male had entered the store and left with approximately $100 worth of Bic lighters. The white male was described as wearing tan boots, a black baseball hat with white on it, light blue t-shirt, and blue jeans. He was also carrying a black bag. The investigation is continuing.
