A traffic stop early Tuesday in east end Belleville led to driving and drug charges.
Belleville police stopped a vehicle on Dundas Street East at 5:30 in the morning.
Upon investigation police discovered that the driver, 38-year-old Brad Vining of Belleville, was out past a curfew.
He was arrested and police later seized a quantity of cocaine and cash. Vining was charged with failing to comply with a release order, driving while prohibited, drug trafficking, and possession of the proceeds of crime over $5,000.
He remains in custody until a court appearance Thursday.
