Halifax Nova Scotia, Moose Jaw Saskatchewan, Kamloops BC, the Bay of Quinte , and all of Canada are remembering Captain Jennifer Casey Monday.
It was one year ago (May 17, 2020) that the Snowbird (CC-114 Tutor) she and Captain Richard MacDougall were in lost engine power, crashing into a backyard in British Columbia.
MacDougall, the Snowbird pilot was injured, while Public Affairs Officer Casey lost her life in the tragedy.

Just the week before the crash, the team spent close to two days in the Quinte region on their journey.
