A busy day continued for Belleville firefighters on Tuesday afternoon.
After already dealing with a house fire on Ridley Street and a crash on North Front Street earlier in the day, firefighters also dealt with another house fire on Strachan Street around 1:20 p.m. and then a large grass fire on Highway 62 in Foxboro about 40 minutes later.
There was also a minor crash on Shannonville Road Tuesday afternoon, but no injuries were reported in any of those incidents.
On his Twitter account, Deputy Fire Chief Paul Patry credited his crews for their hard work and issued a reminder to residents that it only takes a moment for fire to drastically invade your home, urging everyone to continue with good fire safety practices.
