A Belleville man accused of first degree murder will be in court next in just under a month’s time.
Sixty-four-year-old Michael Danese made a brief appearance in Belleville remand court on Thursday, from the Central East Correctional Centre in Lindsay.
His lawyer, Anthony Moustacalis told court they were awaiting disclosure in the case and asked for the matter to be put over.
Danese, who is accused of killing a 62-year-old woman in an east end Belleville home on March 9, will make another video appearance on April 15 at 10:00 a.m.
