Theft from Vehicle
On March 15, 2021 at 8:42 a.m., police attended an address on Donald St. in regards to a theft from a vehicle. Sometime between midnight and 8:30 a.m. an unknown suspect entered the vehicle. The suspect removed a wedding band and left the scene.
Mischief
On March 15, 2021 at 11:31 a.m., officers were called to an address on North Front St. in regards to a mischief. Sometime overnight an unknown suspect damaged two windows at a business. There were no suspects.
Breach of Probation Theft
On March 15, 2021 at 4:23 p.m., officers attended at 101 Bell Blvd, Canadian Tire in regards to a theft. Upon arrival police received information that store security had a male in custody for shoplifting. The male was arrested. The male provided a fake name at the time of arrest. Further investigation revealed that the male was on probation. As a result, Liam Mackay-Reddy, a 23-year-old from Toronto was charged with two counts of theft under $5000, breach of probation, and obstruct police. He was released on an undertaking with a court date of April 22, 2021.
