One person is facing impaired driving charges following a single vehicle crash early Sunday morning in Tyendinaga Township.
Lennox and Addington OPP were called to Melrose Road around 7:00 a.m. where a vehicle had gone into the ditch.
Police say the driver left the scene.
The driver was located and charged.
Twenty-five-year-old Bradley Fox of Tyendinaga Township is charged with Operation While Impaired – alcohol and drug and Operating a motor vehicle while over legal blood alcohol limit.
The accused was released on an undertaking and is scheduled to appear in court in May.
The accused’s licence was suspended for 90 days and the vehicle was impounded for seven days.
