Quinte West Fire Department investigators will be returning to the Cascades containerboard packaging plant in Trenton Monday morning.
Firefighters were called out to a stubborn fire in a large packing machine at the plant Sunday afternoon and were on scene for about 5 hours.
There were no reports of injury.
Quinte West Fire Chief John Whalen says fires at Cascades on Marmora Street are relatively common and investigators will try to determine if there are ways to improve the situation.
