A 23-year-old from Quinte West has been charged after OPP arrested a suspect on an outstanding warrant.
Quinte West OPP officers responded to a business on Dundas Street East, around 3:40 p.m. on Wednesday and arrested Dorean Geertsma on that warrant.
Police say they found an amount of suspected methamphetamine and other drugs, leading them to lay charges of drug possession and seven counts of breaching probation.
Geertsma was held in custody and was scheduled for a bail hearing on Thursday.
