The Haliburton Kawartha Pine Ridge District Health Unit region, which includes Brighton and Trent Hills, will see a Stay-at-Home order lifted today (Tuesday) as it moves to a less restrictive COVID response zone.
In the Orange zone most businesses can reopen, including restaurants, and social gatherings are permitted, with restrictions.

Twenty-six other health unit regions are also loosening restrictions starting today. The Niagara region will remain in lockdown and the Toronto area will also continue to see strict restrictions.
The Hastings-Prince Edward and Kingston Frontenac Lennox and Addington regions were placed in the Green-Prevent zone on February 10.
