The Alzheimer Society of Hastings-Prince Edward is hoping the community will start sending their their love towards those living with dementia.
Sending Our Love is a campaign with the goal of supporting dementia patients and those caring for them.
You are able to deliver treats or activities, or help them become part of one of the specially scheduled events this month.
