One person was injured in a snowmobile crash early Sunday in Quinte West.
Quinte West OPP were dispatched to a single vehicle snowmobile collision on the Bay of Quinte near Roseland Drive around 12:45 a.m.
Upon police arrival, one male was being treated by Quinte West Fire and Emergency Services and Hastings Quinte Paramedic Services.
The snowmobile operator was transported to hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
OPP continue to investigate the incident and are asking anyone with information to contact them at 1-888-310-1122.
The OPP encourages snowmobilers to adhere to OFSC Prescribed trails, as this is an excellent trail system that offers the safest areas to ride.
