There are now six active cases of COVID-19 in Hastings Prince Edward.
HPE Public Health reported one new case of the virus on Monday.
The new case is in Belleville with the cause attributed to travel.
The low number of local cases means Hastings Prince Edward Public Health is one of three health units the province will move out of lockdown on Wednesday.
There were 13 new cases reported Monday in Northumberland.
The latest report also includes Sunday’s numbers.
The HKPR Public Health Dashboard indicates there are 27 active cases which means there has been one recovery since the last report on Saturday.
