OPP are investigating another incident of a transport truck hitting the train overpass on 2nd Dug Hill Road.
Ministry of Transportation officers stopped a transport with a heavily damaged trailer around 9:00 a.m. on Thursday and found that the truck was damaged after the driver attempted to get under the bridge, which has a low clearance height.
Quinte West OPP then notified Canadian Pacific Railway who inspected the bridge and found it to be safe.
Investigators are continuing to look into the incident and say charges are expected to be laid.
