Investigators say money and other items were taken from a restaurant on East Davis Street on January 16, 2021 and after searching a home nearby, property and items stolen from another location were found.
Police charged three people at that point, before charging two more people a few days later and then eventually making a sixth arrest, after searching a home on Old Highway 2 on February 2, 2021.
Twenty-five-year-old Nicholas Semple of Quinte West is charged with break and enter, breaching probation, two counts of breaching a release order, three counts each of theft under $5,000 and possession of property obtained by crime and one count of possession of methamphetamine.
He was held in custody for a bail hearing on Wednesday.
