Drivers may notice an increased police presence on 2nd Dug Hill Road in Quinte West over the next couple of weeks.
Quinte West OPP are running a focused patrol, in the area of Trenton Christian School, until Valentine’s Day.
Officers are stepping up their patrols in an attempt to reduce crashes and promote safe driving in the city.
Police say the focused patrol “aims to maximize the deployment of resources, ensuring resources are focused at the right place, at the right time.”
