A disturbance at a Belleville residence led to an arrest Friday night.
Police were called to the northwest end of the city at approximately 10:30 p.m. and found that an unwanted man had entered a home and thrown something through the window.
The man also reportedly assaulted the homeowner.
After further investigation, 24-year-old Belleville man Brandon Paul Trumpour was arrested and charged with assault, mischief and failure to comply with probation.
He will appear in the Ontario Court of Justice on February 25.
