Two people have been arrested after OPP responded to a complaint of an erratic driver on Highway 401 on Saturday afternoon.
Lennox and Addington Officers got the call around 4:30 p.m. and tried to pull the suspect vehicle over in the westbound lanes.
Police say the suspect vehicle hit a police cruiser, before eventually being stopped and the driver and a passenger, who are both from Greater Napanee, were arrested.
Thirty-seven-year-old Timmothy Jonathon McInnis was charged with dangerous driving and breaching probation, while 32-year-old Karen Marie Oke is charged with causing a disturbance, assaulting police and obstructing police.
Both McInnis and Oke were released with court dates on March 23, 2021, in Napanee.
