The anxiety may have been too much for a 64-year old Tyendinaga Township man making a citizens arrest this week. Napanee OPP say the Lazier Road resident followed three teenagers in a minivan crushing mailboxes with a baseball bat on Wedneday night. He blocked the car in on Craig Road and called police. But, by the time officers arrived the man had died after suffering what police call a medical emergency. Two 17 year olds and a 16-year old were arrested at the scene and charged with mischief. The man hasn’t been identified.
