The mayor of Tweed commends staff for adapting to the changing world of 2020 with the various COVID-19 pandemic “ever-changing guidelines.”
Mayor Jo-Anne Albert tells Quinte News the highlights of the year were connected to Hawkins Bay Bridge and Marlbank Road.
Albert says the town was able to have the splash pad open in the summer.
She says a major step in this past year was government funding to allow upgrades to the waste water sewage system.
