Whether there will be an OJHL season or not the Trenton Golden Hawks continue to wheel and deal.
The G-Hawks have acquired 20-year-old forward Phil Caron. Caron split last season between the OHL’s Sudbury Wolves and the Timmins Rock of the Northern Ontario Junior “A” League. It’s expected Caron will play on Trenton’s top line.
Trenton coach and general manager Peter Goulet says “Caron has spent time in the Ontario Hockey League and contributes offensively everywhere he goes.”
Meanwhile the Golden Hawks would like to play more exhibition games before Christmas and have made an application to the Ontario Junior Hockey League
