Brighton council is expected to decide how voting will take place in the 2022 municipal election.
At its meeting tonight (Monday), council will see a staff report recommending that voters vote either online or by telephone.
Other options included in the report are in-person and mail-in voting.
Staff believes online or telephone voting is more convenient and provides much faster and accurate results while requiring much less effort from staff and volunteers than either in-person or voting by mail.
