Lennox and Addington OPP officers apprehended a Kingston man after a brief pursuit in Loyalist Township Thursday morning.
Officers saw a car speeding on County Road 6 at approximately 8:30 a.m. and attempted a traffic stop. The driver did not stop and a short time later, pulled over and the driver fled on foot.
Police pursued and eventually caught 32-year-old Nathan Earl Felts of Kingston who now faces charges of flight from police, operation while prohibited and speeding.
He will appear in court February 9, 2021.
