An outbreak hasn’t been declared, but the Hastings Prince Edward District School Board says C.M.L. Snider School in Wellington has been closed because of a positive COVID-19 test.
In a Tweet on Thursday afternoon, the school board says the closure will last for an “indefinite length of time”, that all families have been notified and that “communications are ongoing between HPE Public Health, families and the school.
No other information on the positive test was immediately available.
