Just before 10 p.m. Saturday, a vehicle collided with a deer on the 401 east near Wallbridge-Loyalist Road.
The vehicle was written off in the accident but there were no serious injuries.
This is the fourth collision between a vehicle and a deer in the last week in Quinte West with one coming on Old Highway 2, one on Wooler Road and two on 401.
Quinte West Fire Chief John Whelan is reminding motorists to be on the lookout for deer who may be crossing at this time of year.
