A spooky Halloween event put on by a Prince Edward County business has led to a donation to the campaign for a new hospital in Picton.
Staff at the Waring House Restaurant and Inn transformed the property into a Halloween walk through and while admission was free, they were accepting donations to the Prince Edward County Memorial Hospital Foundation’s “Back the Build Campaign”.
The event drew about 800 people, socially distanced of course and raised just over $1,200 to go towards the new build.
