A 59-year-old Belleville man is facing criminal harassment charges.
Central Hastings OPP say officers were called to an incident on Crown Land between Tomahawk Trail and Big Burnt Lake in Marmora and Lake on Monday.
Greg Demille was arrested and charged with two counts of criminal harassment and uttering threats to damage or injure an animal.
He was also charged under the Fish and Wildlife Conservation Act (FWCA) with interfere with lawful hunting.
Demille was released and will appear in Belleville court on January 7, 2021.
