Prince Edward County council has given approval to minor changes and the zoning is now in place for a huge housing development on Picton Harbour.
The minor changes involve lot lines and don’t affect the number of units or the type they are, in what’s known as the Port Picton subdivision.
The already approved Draft Plan of Subdivision allows for 17 single detached dwellings, two semi-detached dwellings, 16 townhouses, seven blocks of land for multi-unit buildings with a total of 213 residential units, and two blocks for green space.
