The number for the annual Tim Hortons smile cookie campaign in the county is in.
The sale of smile cookies has resulted in a $7,401 donation to the Prince Edward County Memorial Hospital Foundation, the biggest donation from smile cookie sales to date. The campaign ran one week, September 14 to 20.
Tim Hortons in Picton and Wellington donated $1 from each cookie sale to the PECMHF.
This year saw 1,178 more cookies sold than last year.
