Council in Prince Edward County will get another look at the Picton Marina sublease on Tuesday night, before it receives final approval.
CJ Thompson, founder and CEO of Tenacity Capital will speak during the meeting to provide a supplemental report to council about the sublease agreement which councillors approved with a few changes earlier in the month.
Staff are asking that council approve the sublease allowing Tenacity to operate Picton Marina, and staff would be able to enter into conversations with Tenacity regarding the Wellington Marina, if it became available to sublease to a third party.
Council meets at Highline Hall in Wellington at 7 p.m., and the meeting will be live-streamed.
