The three Belleville McDonald’s locations along with the Madoc franchise raised $10,000 yesterday (Wednesday).
Bob Doyle, owner of all four locations wanted to help raise $47,000 to help purchase a new ventilator for Belleville General Hospital’s ICU.
BGHF Executive Director Steve Cook says the community support was spectacular.
Both Cook and Doyle say their hopes are high that future community involvement will help reach the goal.
