A Trenton man has been charged after a trespassing complaint during the early morning hours.
Quinte West OPP say they were called to a home on Canal Street in Trenton around 3:30 a.m.
Brian Edward Squires was found in the area and a prohibited knife was seized.
The 23-year-old is facing charges of trespassing at night, possession of a prohibited weapon and possession for a dangerous purpose.
He is scheduled to appear in Belleville court in October.
