Belleville Police say a collision in the east end of the city is now classified as fatal.
Staff Sergeant Rene Aubertin says 49 year-old Jennifer Vanhooser of Quinte West succumbed to her injuries on Tuesday, September 15 at Kingston General Hospital.
The other two occupants of the vehicle involved in the collision on Hwy. 2 east of Elmwood Drive, remain in hospital with serious injuries. A fourth person was treated and released from Belleville General.
A pickup truck with four occupants was eastbound when the vehicle rolled a number of times and sheared a utility pole off before coming to rest.
Police are continuing to investigate this serious collision and anyone with information is asked to contact Sgt. Brad Stitt.
