A Picton man faces dangerous and impaired driving charges after a single vehicle collision last night (Tuesday) in the Cherry Valley area.
The collision occurred at 9:30 at Miller and Mowbray roads and all three people in the car had to be taken to hospital in Picton.
One person was ejected from the car.
Facing charges is 22-year-old Andrew Nathaniel Smith.
One person suffered serious but non-life-threatening injuries, while the other two suffered minor injuries.
