A 27-year-old Trenton resident will appear in court today for a bail hearing after Quinte West OPP began a theft investigation.
Police say yesterday morning they arrested Kevin Scurry on Lorne Avenue who they believed to be in possession of a stolen bicycle.
Further investigation found he was also in possession of suspected methamphetamine.
Scurry is facing charges of possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000, trafficking in stolen goods under $5,000, possession of a schedule 1 substance and failure to comply with a probation order.
