It was quite the isolated thunderstorm in a part of Prince Edward County yesterday (Sunday) morning.
According to several people on social media and bystanders watching across the bay in Belleville, Big Island and the area around it was hit by a storm that quickly dropped about 24 millimetres, or an inch of rain, around 8 o’clock in the morning.
Picton also got hit with a lot of rain.
At the same time, the City of Belleville and much of the rest of the county was receiving just a few drops.
