UPDATE @ 4:00 p.m.: Police now say a woman has been killed in a crash on Highway 62 just south of Bancroft early this afternoon.
Emergency crews responded to the scene, near Steenburg Lake Road South, around 2:30 p.m.
No other information is being released but authorities say drivers should expect Highway 62 to be closed at Steenburg Lake Road South, until further notice.

Highway 62 is closed a little bit south of Bancroft after a crash this afternoon.
A Tweet from OPP East Region Communications confirmed the crash, just before 2:15 p.m. and says Highway 62 is closed at Steenburg Lake Road in Gilmour.
OPP say a woman was pronounced dead at the scene of the single vehicle accident.
The road is expected to remain closed for several hours while police investigate.
