A Belleville man has been charged with operating a vehicle while impaired by drugs twice within a 24 hour period.
Yesterday (Tuesday) at 8 o’clock in the morning Belleville police charged 56-year-old city man Darko Zeljkovic with impaired driving.
On Monday night he’d also been charged with impaired after a collision with a parked vehicle.
After the second charge he was held in custody for a bail hearing.
