3 Day Suspension & Drive Under Suspension Charges
On July 19, 2020 at 9:20 p.m., police responded to the area of Ann Street regarding an erratic driving complaint. Police attended the area and located the erratic driver and conducted an investigation. Police learned that the 33-year-old female driver was a suspended driver. As a result of the investigation, the female was charged with Driving While Under Suspension and also issued a 3-day suspension. She was issued a Part III summons and given a court date of August 10 to face the charge.
