Two people have been arrested as part of Project Renewal.
The Belleville Police Intelligence Street Crime Unit along with the OPP East Organized Crime Enforcement Bureau arrested 32-year-old Holly Gibson of Peterborough on Monday, July 13.
She was to be under house arrest and was found by officers on a west end street and is now facing three counts of breaching her release.
Gibson appeared in court the next day.
Officers also arrested Anthony Boutilier of Belleville on Tuesday for also breaching his release conditions.
The 42-year-old was additionally charged with resisting arrest and was held for a show cause hearing the next day.
