Belleville council’s meeting last night (Monday) wasn’t all about Integrity Commissioner reports and debt repayment schedules.
Mayor Mitch Panciuk presented the Canadian flag flown at half-mast at city hall after the death of former Mayor of Quinte West and prominent local businessman John Williams last February to his son councillor Ryan Williams.
Mayor Panciuk said he had also presented the flag flown at half-mast at city hall to the family of a former Inspector with the Belleville Police Service Mike Graham who passed away in May.
