A Belleville man wanted on child pornography charges in the Niagara region was arrested by Belleville police yesterday afternoon in the parking lot of a fast food restaurant.
The 33-year-old man was charged by Niagara Regional Police for possession of child porn and luring of a person under 18 two years ago.
He is in custody for a bail hearing today.
Meanwhile, around noon Friday, Belleville police arrested a 34-year-old man from Prince Edward County after a domestic incident at an east end apartment.
The man faces charges of spousal assault and mischief under $5,000.
He has a court date in late August.
