A 21-year-old Belleville man has been charged with accessing and possessing child pornography.
Members of the Belleville Police Service Internet Child Exploitation, Criminal Investigation, and Forensic Identification units searched an east end residence June 23.
As a result Cody Foster was charged and appears in court in August.
