In spite of having to cancel their major fundraiser, the Chicken BBQ, the club reached into their accounts when they heard Gleaners was having more of a challenge these days to continue their work supplying food to the needy.
Kiwanis is still planning their annual Children’s Kite Festival this fall provided they receive the OK from the City and the Department of Health.
