The City of Belleville wishes to advise residents that the bulk water fill station on Sidney Street will be partially reopened as of noon today.
The water main break on Wednesday evening at the corner of Bridge Street and Sidney Street resulted in valve and metering issues at the bulk fill station. Parts were ordered and city staff has been able to reopen one side.
Perry Decola, General Manager Environmental Services says city staff apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and they appreciate people’s patience as staff continue to work to correct the issue.
