The Quinte West Public Library Trenton branch will open to the public for limited services on July 6, 2020.
Computer use, wifi access, copying and printing services will all be available on a drop-in basis. At this time, there is no access to the stacks and no browsing library material.
The number of people admitted at one time will be limited, and physical distancing measures will be in place. High touch surfaces will be cleaned regularly, staff and visitors will be required to wear masks.
Starting July 6, library hours will be Monday to Thursday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., Friday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
“We are so excited to welcome visitors back into our building for computer access and related services,” says Suzanne Humphreys, Library CEO. “We are also happy to announce our extended hours for people who had difficulty taking advantage of our curbside pick-up service.”
The library continues to offer curbside pickup of library material in Trenton and Frankford. The return bin is also open at both locations. Returned material is quarantined for 72 hours after arrival.
