Both of the area’s OJHL teams are announcing some player moves today.
The Trenton Golden Hawks announced a trade this morning, sending Josh Wright to Brantford, in exchange for defenceman Mason Hardy.
The 6’3”, 195 lb 20 year-old Hardy played with Trenton during the 2018-19 season, before being dealt to Burlington.
The Wellington Dukes also made a player signing today, acquiring 6’4, 201 lb defenceman Ben Hamilton from the Notre Dame Hounds in Saskatchewan.
The Ottawa native put up 10 points in 33 games combined between Notre Dame and Salon Arm of the BCHL last season.
